How do I determine the right size for my child?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since children grow quickly, we recommend measuring your child's height and chest and comparing it to our guide, or opting for one size larger for a more comfortable fit.
What is your shipping policy for domestic and international orders?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders within India typically arrive in 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Can I request a custom design or size for an outfit?
Yes, we offer customization for many of our ethnic and formal wear pieces. Please contact our customer support team with your specific measurements or design requests before placing your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging. Please note that customized outfits are non-returnable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. For orders within India, we also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for select pin codes.
How should I care for the delicate fabrics used in your clothing?
Most of our premium ethnic wear requires dry cleaning to maintain the fabric quality and intricate handwork. For everyday cotton wear, we recommend a gentle cold hand wash and drying in the shade.
