Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garments are unwashed, unworn, and tucked safely into their original packaging with all designer tags and invoices intact.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package and provide a pickup acknowledgment.
Refund or Replacement
Once the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item immediately.
